Why not do a software audit for 2024? You may save yourself some money. What Microsoft licences do your users have? Microsoft have different levels of licences for different organisation types. It is a mistake to use personal licences for business, even for solo-prenuers as there are features in the business licences you don’t find in personal licences, and there are many of my customers who have moved to a business licence when they understand the benefits.  It is also a mistake to try and share licences to save money, because it is more useful to be able to collaborate.
