One Note – A Digital Online Notebook

One Note is one of those Apps which has been available for years. But do you use it? One Note can be used as a personal notebook, day book, journal or collaborative notebook/scrapbook to collaborate ideas.

The best thing about One Note? Searching! If you have not used a digital notebook before, think about the times when you look for a note you have written, maybe notes from a meeting, notes from a training course and you think when was that meeting or training and try and find your notes. With One Note you can type in a key word or phrase and search across all your note books in an instance – saves hours of my time!

One Note can be embedded in Teams/SharePoint to collaborate on a Project Notes. One Note can be used on devices to draw and convert to text.

Another benefit of using One Note, is the tagging option. Tag your notes with a variety of symbols such as Important, Contact, To Do and even Film to Watch.
