I am a sole trader mortgage advisor and whilst I work on a laptop all day, I have limited computer skills using apps like Excel and Word. I have wanted to start an email campaign for years, but could never work out what to do or where to go for some basic training. Suzanne at 365 was more than happy to accommodate my small requirement, showing me and explaining how to do everything so simply over a video call . I was so impressed with some of the shortcuts she introduced me to while she was teaching me about the areas I needed help with, I have already booked another 1 hour session to learn more, as although the shortcuts may only save seconds individually, across my full day, they are definitely saving me a good amount of time ... if only I had known about Suzanne years ago....
