- No Guarantee of Outcomes
- Our outcomes depend on client engagement, environment and adoption
- We cannot guarantee specific productivity, revenue or compliance outcomes
- Microsoft Products and Features are continually evolving so can change
- Microsoft Relationship Disclaimer
- We are independant consultants
- Microsoft 365 is a Microsoft Product
- We are not responsible for Microsoft outages, changes, pricing or feature withdrawals
- Intellectual Property
- All Training Materials, Slide Decks, Recording and Resources remain our Intellectual Property
- Clients may use these internally
- Materials may not be shared, resold or republished without permission
- Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information
- Client is responsible for their Tenant Configuration
- Client is responsible for Data, Back Ups and Security Decisions
- Client is responsible for User Access and Permissions
- Confidentiality and Data Handling
- We treat all client information as Confidential
- We wont access data unless required and authorised
- We don’t store client credentials unless approved by client in safe password keeper
- Any data shared is to deliver services
- We sign NDA agreements with Clients who have sensitive data
- Payments and Cancellations
- Our Training Courses are Payment in Advance and can be moved once without cost
- Our Rescheduling Period is you must give at least 3 business days notice of any reschedule
- We will contact you as soon as possible if we need to change a session for emergency reasons/trainer illness
- Limitation of Liability
- Liability Limited to Fees Paid
- We have no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss
- We have no liability for data loss, business interruption or third party tools
